In order to make a booking we need you to fill out one of our booking forms which we can either post or e-mail to you. We will always neeed to check your date before making a booking as we work on a first come first served basis and with 2012 dates filling up fast it is best to get in now rather than be left dissapointed

For deposits we accept Cheques (payable to Redshine Design) cash (never through the post) bankers draft (info given at the time) or paypal (small charge incured)

Terms and Conditions

1). The lead contact is responsible for the safe keeping of our hire items before, during and after use.
Redshine Design will pick up hired items within 48 hours of an event ending either form the venue or an address confirmed before the event.  Any hired items lost or damaged whilst in the care of the lead contact will require replacing and an invoice will be sent accordingly.

2). It is the lead contacts responsibility to ensure that the hired items are fully covered by either their own or the venues insurance.

3). At all times during your event the hired items remain the property of Redshine Design

4). Cancellation by the customer with less than 3 months till the booked date will require full payment.  Cancellation outside of this time by the lead contact does not require additional payment however deposits from the time of booking are unfortunately non-refundable

5). A 50% deposit is required to secure a date; bookings are conducted on a first come first served basis.
